A line of all brown does and billies were recently selected from Mount Hope for export to Malaysia for breeding purposes. These goats show a lot of Red Khalahari characteristic, which is one of our preferred genetic components. All goats exported live from Australia are transported by air.
Carcass Results
Last years Spring drop on billies went across the hooks last week. They were 8-9 months old and despite the prevailing drought conditions averaged 32kg LW and dressed at 43.3%. They showed great muscle and fat cover. These goats are a great example of what our rangeland ready genetic composite can deliver, even in tough years.
